Policy and Guidelines Scheduling and Cancellations 1. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid a fee. 2. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 45% of the service fee. 3. CALENDAR OPENS THE 17TH OF EVERY MONTH @8PM EST! 4. NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ALLOWED! YOU WILL BE CANCELLED WALK-IN DAYS !!! 1. Walk-ins accepted every Friday and Saturday (unless posted otherwise on IG @d.enhancer). 2. Online booking UNAVAILABLE for Fridays and Saturdays. 3. Start time: 9:00 AM sharp, first come, first served. 4. No drop-offs needed; customization is done on the spot 5. No specific end time, but we stop accepting new clients once capacity is reached Payments 1. Accepted payment methods: Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash. 2. Other payment forms not accepted. Guest Policy 1. No extra guests allowed, no exceptions. Late Arrivals 1. 15-minute grace period . 2. 20-25 minute late arrivals: appointment cancelled / extra charge will be applied Additional Services 1. Styling: please add on to your service when booking, as it requires extra time. 2. Wig Cleaning: Available at an extra charge. 3. Same-Day Fee: $35 fee for new laces not dropped off a day before the appointment. 4. PLEASE UNDERSTAND I DONT WORK OVER OTHER PEOPLES WORK ! IF I DIDNT INSTALL YOUR HAIR I WILL NOT STYLE IT ! Deposit and Scheduling Policy 1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits secure your time slot and are non-refundable. 2. Holiday Fee: Bookings on holidays incur an additional fee. Preparation Guidelines 1. Product-Free Hair: Arrive with hair free of products. 2. Lace Condition: Ensure reused laces are in good condition, product free & DETANGLED ! Maintenance 1. Unfortunately I don’t offer touch ups ! 2. I do offer recurls ! 3. After getting a lace installed please understand the glue needs 24-48hours to dry before wetting it . If you do it otherwise please do it at your own discretion! NO REFUNDS ! 1. Please address any issue before leaving my chair or shop so I can fix the issue .
